My Architecture Work

Welcome to my portfolio! As an architect, I am driven by my passion for creating spaces that are as beautiful as they are functional. With a focus on public projects, I have built a portfolio around designing spaces that make a positive impact on the communities they serve. I have a particular interest in sustainable architecture, and I believe that the buildings we create should reflect our responsibility to the environment. Montessori School

In 6 weeks, designed a Montessori school to reside atop the Amerigo Vespucci bridge in Florence, Italy. Mediums used were wood, card stock paper, Rhino 3D, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Subterranean Plaza

In 6 weeks, designed a subterranean plaza and its mural located between diverse neighborhoods and Florence's Opera House, underneath a busy highway. Mediums used were spray paint, Bristol paper, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Courthouse

In 6 weeks, I worked in a team to design and pitch a courtroom located in a historic building. In the next 6 weeks, I worked independently to repurpose an old existing building with public spaces and a court system composed of three courtrooms and its admin buildings. Mediums used were Rhino 3D, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Artist Residency

In 12 weeks, visited the site, spoke to constructors, and designed a building designated to be both an artist's temporary residency, as well as their own art gallery. Mediums used were Bristol paper, Rhino 3D, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Kindergarten

In 12 weeks, I designed a kindergarten designated to be amidst two other kindergartens designed by other students. Our challenge was to make our designs cohesive to one another and work together to create a shared landscape and central playground. Mediums used were Rhino 3D, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Monument in
Forest Park

In 8 weeks, designed a monument to be located in Forest Park's Art Hill. The design seeks to compliment the site rather than standing out. Mediums used were Bristol Paper, Foam Core, Metal Rods, Adobe Photoshop

Architecting Nostalgia Through Food
Senior Capstone

I studied food and nostalgia as they relate to architecture; while making a family dish, I delve into what evokes emotions-specifically nostalgia, and dive into how nostalgia is common amongst people, yet remains unique to each of us

AnimaliSticks Demonstration Video
